Under direction of the Chief Building Official, performs field inspections of new construction and alterations; investigates complaints; issues corrections and stop-work orders when warranted.
**Required**
– ICC Combination Inspector certification (or Building + one trade)
– Three (3) years of inspection experience
– California Class C driver license
